Job Description:

We are partnering with a top legal 200 firm with a large presence across Hertfordshire, Essex and East Anglia who are looking to grow their Property Litigation team.

The ideal candidate would have 4 years+ PQE with expertise in Property Litigation matters and have a genuine passion for this area.

They want someone who has experience in drafting court/tribunal proceedings, is comfortable dealing with land registry requirements and would be able to join the team and hit the ground running.

The team advises on:

1. Commercial Property Landlord and tenant matters
2. Property guardianship possession actions
3. Commercial dilapidations
4. Boundary disputes
5. Succession
6. Evictions
7. Commercial and residential leases

The successful candidate:

1. 4+ years PQE as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
2. Previous training working within a reputable law firm.
3. Able to work autonomously and as part of a team where required.
4. Able to develop working relationships at all levels.
