beCuriou has offices and colleagues in London, Oslo and Singapore. For our London office we are looking for a highly skilled PA | VIP manager.
Work description:- Booking of hotels, transfers, flights etc. incl. negotiating with suppliers
- VIP service - follow up services from providers, incl hotel management
- Structuring travel itineraries for HNW/UHNW clients
- Other admin: preparing trips incl. restaurant reservations, activities and more, following up on invoices, post on social media etc.
- Support of the leadership on a day-to-day basis, e.g. arranging client meetings, internal admin
- Minimum five years of experience from e.g: high-end hospitality company, travel planning, concierge service, events planning, PA role or similar.
- Insight and interest in high-end/luxury providers within hospitality services, arts etc.
- Personality: service oriented, proactive/driven, attention to detail and structured
- Preferably a university degree
