Job Title: Cell Lead – Electro-Mechanical Testing Location: Sunbury-on-Thames We are currently recruiting for a Cell Lead to join our clients Operations team based in Sunbury-on-Thames. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional from an aerospace electro-mechanical testing environment who is looking to step into a leadership role or continue developing their team management skills. In this role, you will lead a team within a shared services test cell, overseeing the testing of complex electro-mechanical systems, managing workflow and ensuring targets for quality, safety and delivery are consistently met. Oversee the testing of electro-mechanical aerospace components, including calibration of chambers and test rigs. Lead, mentor and develop a skilled team of technicians and engineers, conducting regular performance reviews and training. Maintain and manage the Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) database and generate comprehensive test reports. Proven experience in electro-mechanical testing within the aerospace industry (essential). Confident communicator with the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
