We’re looking for a confident, commercially savvy Events Business Development Manager to join a groundbreaking immersive experiences venue in central London. This is a space where art, technology, and storytelling collide to create unforgettable moments – and we’re looking for someone to help us bring even more of those moments to life.
The Role:
In this role, you’ll take the lead on outbound sales, targeting luxury brands, global corporates, experiential agencies, and elite planners. You’ll build deep relationships, design impactful pitches, and work alongside creatives and technical experts to shape immersive events that wow audiences.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving new business from luxury and high-spend clients across sectors like fashion, tech, automotive, and media
- Leveraging your network to land site visits, FAM experiences, and long-term partnerships
- Representing the venue at industry showcases, networking events, and client previews
- Working closely with AV, content, and marketing teams to deliver pitch-perfect proposals
- Owning key accounts and nurturing deep client relationships from first call to final applause
What You’ll Bring:
- 4+ years in event sales, venue hire, or outbound business development (luxury market preferred)
- Strong understanding of the B2B event sales cycle
- A proven track record of closing high-value deals and generating new business
- Polished presentation and communication skills – you’re confident in the room and on the phone
