Senior Engineering Manager

We have partnered with a insuretech company who are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager with hands-on expertise in React , TypeScript , and Kotlin to lead a cross-functional team delivering high-impact products. This is a contract role where you'll blend technical leadership with strategic execution—driving performance, mentoring engineers, and contributing to architectural decisions.

You’ll bring:

• Proven leadership experience in scaling and managing engineering teams
• Strong technical skills in React, TypeScript (frontend), and Kotlin (backend)
• Ability to balance hands-on coding with high-level team guidance
• A delivery mindset and commitment to code quality and collaboration

This is a 6 month contract with a view to go permanent.
