The Role:
- Provide 1:1 support to KS3 students with additional learning, emotional, or behavioural needs
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to deliver personalised support
- Encourage student participation, engagement, and independence
- Contribute to learning plans and progress reviews
- Help create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in a TA role with 1:1 support, ideally at KS3 level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A calm, empathetic, and proactive approach
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) preferred
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
