The Role:

  • Provide 1:1 support to KS3 students with additional learning, emotional, or behavioural needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to deliver personalised support
  • Encourage student participation, engagement, and independence
  • Contribute to learning plans and progress reviews
  • Help create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in a TA role with 1:1 support, ideally at KS3 level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A calm, empathetic, and proactive approach
  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) preferred
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
