Automation Tester (Mainframe OR API OR Java)

We are hiring for Automation Tester (Mainframe OR API OR Java)

Location : Hybrid 2-3 days per week in Northampton OR Knutsford Office

• Proven experience as an Automation Tester with a strong focus on both mainframe and distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of the software testing lifecycle and various testing methodologies.
• Hands-on expertise in developing and executing automated tests using Java, Cucumber JVM, and Selenium.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (AWS, Jenkins) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong working knowledge of mainframe technologies: JCL, CICS, SQL (DB2 preferred), FileAid, AbendAid, and a basic understanding of COBOL and VSAM
• Experience testing REST APIs using tools like Rest Assured.
• Proficiency in working with relational databases (MS SQL Server and Oracle DB).
