A Client of ours in Tiptree are recruiting a Temporary Accounts Administrator to join them ASAP. Working Monday – Friday 8am-5pm, paying £12.50 – £13.00 per hour depending on experience. Your key duties in this Accounts Administrator role will include but are not limited to: Deal with purchase ledger queries and differences. Post non-ledger/DD bank payments. Scanning delivery notes. Post factory hours adjustments in Sage payroll. Save/upload weekly payroll reports. Supplier & customer account setups. Post customer bank receipts. Assist with Dispatch Administration weekly.Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Accounts Administrator role: Experience within an Accounts office environment.
