We are looking for an outstanding, enthusiastic and committed university graduate to help support the delivery of Drama at Bradfield College. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the leading independent schools in the UK and play an active role in supporting the Drama department to deliver outstanding performances and academic Drama.

The College boasts excellent Drama facilities, which include an intimate Black Box studio, the Old Gym that can transform into an impressive 400 seat auditorium and, of course, ‘Greeker’; the College’s very own 1,000 seat outdoor Greek Theatre.

The successful candidate will work closely with the department, gaining vital experience working in a dynamic environment, developing skills, observing excellent teaching and helping pupils to develop their talents. They will also support the wider co-curricular, pastoral and academic programmes at the College.

The salary will be £19,988 plus accommodation and full board during term time.
