Responsibilities:
- Conduct planning appraisals and advise clients on obtaining planning consent.
- Manage research, analysis, and produce reports.
- Support project strategy development and manage project teams.
- Prepare and manage planning applications and representations.
- Research and assist with appeals and evidence for planning inquiries.
- Meet fee targets and contribute to business development.
Note: Additional tasks may be required as part of the role.
Qualifications:
- Strong academic credentials.
- Chartered member of RTPI.
- At least 6 years' experience, preferably in a planning consultancy.
- Passion for planning, driven, ambitious, and relationship-oriented.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
