Responsibilities:

  • Conduct planning appraisals and advise clients on obtaining planning consent.
  • Manage research, analysis, and produce reports.
  • Support project strategy development and manage project teams.
  • Prepare and manage planning applications and representations.
  • Research and assist with appeals and evidence for planning inquiries.
  • Meet fee targets and contribute to business development.

Note: Additional tasks may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications:

  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Chartered member of RTPI.
  • At least 6 years' experience, preferably in a planning consultancy.
  • Passion for planning, driven, ambitious, and relationship-oriented.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
