As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for achieving retail sales targets, developing a team of motivated Travel Experts, and expanding the store’s customer base (full job specification available upon request).
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience managing a retail travel store with profit and staff responsibilities
- Proven track record of delivering sales results and excellent customer service
- Attention to detail in booking checks and holiday pricing
- Strong communication skills, proactive, confident, and forward-thinking
- Ability to motivate and lead a team, especially under pressure
- Passion for travel with extensive firsthand destination knowledge
- Experience working with third-party suppliers
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Understanding of sales and commercial aspects of tour operating
- Knowledge of travel reservation systems
- Achievement in meeting sales targets and delivering customer service
