Lime is hiring a Repair Efficiency Manager to join our Operations Excellence team! In this role, you will report to the Repair Excellence Manager and lead initiatives for global warehouse teams to foster a culture of process compliance, fleet reliability, and quality. You will elevate best practices from local to global levels and drive standardization.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an evolving startup environment, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to plan both short-term and long-term strategies. You should be energized about building, scaling, and being part of a forward-thinking organization. We are a remote-first company, welcoming applications from anywhere we operate. Since this is a hybrid role requiring visits to a warehouse 2-3 times per week, it’s preferred that the candidate resides within 30 miles or 60 minutes of London’s city center.

What you’ll do:

1. Deep dive into data-led opportunities for process improvement, team performance optimization, labor planning, and cost initiatives.
2. Contribute significantly to planning processes, including developing OKRs, roadmaps, and budgets.
3. Partner with teams to implement warehouse and process design, productivity, and data tools using Lean Six Sigma concepts.
4. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within warehouse teams, challenging and systematically improving SOPs, acting as both an ally and guardian of best practices.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on broader business priorities.
6. Work continuously to improve processes on the warehouse floor and transactional activities by collaborating with product, logistics, and mechanic managers.

About you:

• Permission to work in the UK is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience leading improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma in an operational environment.
• Proficiency in data analytics, advanced Excel, SQL, and database queries.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in management or operations.
• Lean certification.
