Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee mechanical and electrical (M&E) contracts, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and quality standards.
- Provide professional advice on M&E matters, assessing the quality of works and identifying statutory requirements.
- Manage strategic service contracts, with a strong understanding of the NEC4 Term Service Contract suite.
- Procure term service contracts, developing scope of service documentation, contracting models, and evaluating bids in line with Public Procurement Regulations.
- Monitor and control significant budgets, ensuring services are delivered within available budgets.
- Prepare and develop strategies, policies, and guidance documents to ensure compliance with statutory functions.
