The Role

As Group Product Manager - Savings, you’ll define the future of savings products at one of the fastest-growing fintechs.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and roadmap for Plum’s savings products, with a strong focus on the French market.
  • Drive growth and adoption across France and other EU markets by delivering competitive, localized, and innovative savings solutions.
  • Identify new opportunities to deepen customer engagement through automated saving tools and goal-based features.
  • Ensure product compliance with local regulations, collaborating closely with legal and compliance teams.
  • Manage and grow a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and ownership.
  • Partner with engineering, marketing, and commercial teams to bring impactful products to market quickly and effectively.
  • Leverage data and insights to continuously improve product performance and user satisfaction.

Who you are

  • Experienced in savings products, with a strong background in fintech.
  • Deep understanding of the French market and local customer behaviours.
  • Proven ability to scale financial products in France and the EU.
  • A strategic thinker who can also execute at pace, using data to inform decisions.
  • Experienced in managing and mentoring product teams.
  • Familiar with French and EU financial regulations (experience with ACPR is a plus).
  • Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment.
