The role of a Merger and Acquisition Specialist involves working with businesses to address their daily needs and maintain relevance. The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong experience in Merger and Acquisition advisory roles
• Hands-on experience leading technology due diligence
• Experience working with Private Equity clients and CxO level stakeholders
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Background in management consulting, e.g., \’Big 4\’

The compensation package includes:

• Base salary of £65,000 – £75,000
• Comprehensive overall package including bonus (up to 60%) and pension
