Commercial Manager Job Description This role sits within the Aerospace, Defence, Security and Technology (ADS&T) division, which is rapidly growing and offers diverse services to its clients. We require a driven and experienced Commercial Manager able to hit the ground running and support ADS&Ts ambitious strategy. The individual will have a minimum years commercial experience supporting engineering consulting or software services contracts and/or commercial contracts across aerospace, defence and/or government gained in a sales environment. Joining the current commercial team, the successful applicant will support the team with a wide range of commercial tasks. You will be responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating a range of agreements including prime and subcontracts, NDAs, MOUs, teaming agreements and back-to-back subcontracts. You will also be responsible for leading the commercial governance process for bids that fall within your remit and hold the wider division to account aligned to the business approvals framework.
