The Opportunity:

We’re looking for an exceptional Vice President to join our expanding team. Someone who doesn’t just want a seat at the table, they want to shape it, sell it, and close the deal around it. What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading day-to-day execution of live M&A deals from start to finish (yes, we’re busy – in the best way)
Managing and mentoring analysts and associates (and still rolling your sleeves up when it counts)
Playing a critical role in origination efforts — building client relationships, pitching, and bringing ideas to the table
Driving diligence, financial modelling, presentations, negotiation, the whole nine yards
Working closely with senior partners who value initiative, insight

What You’ll Bring:

6–10 years of investment banking experience, ideally with solid mid-market M&A exposure
A sharp commercial brain and a track record of getting deals done
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage up, down, and sideways
