About the role
Tesco: PT role - 30 hrs
Contract: Permanent
Shift Pattern: Varies from day to day but are planned in advance.
You will be responsible for:
- Recruiting and training the best people for your team, ensuring they develop operational and leadership skills to deliver exceptional service.
- Coaching your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about store products, building the brand, and providing customers with the right range, quality, and service.
- Leading your team in driving trade activity, growing sales, and maximizing profit using your expertise and knowledge.
- Building your managers' knowledge to deliver and sustain the Store Change Plan, resource planned activities, and resolve root cause issues with sustainable solutions.
- Ensuring the safety of colleagues and that the store operates legally by coaching the team to use all available security tools.
You will need:
- Excellent communication skills, sharing knowledge and working collaboratively to deliver results.
