This role is based in the Nottingham area, East Midlands. As our largest store, strong management experience is essential. Optics experience is not required.

About the role

As the Store Manager of one of our flagship stores you will be responsible for the leadership of your store, providing an exemplary customer experience to every patient and customer. With the wide range of products and services offered in store, you will be working alongside a diverse team of varying clinical expertise and knowledge.

  • Empower your team to nurture customer relationships to deliver sales through service.
  • Inspire your team daily to deliver exceptional results.
  • Create a thriving store environment.
  • Work within your store alongside your team to assist customers and find the products and services that best meet their needs, offering solutions such as frame styling, clinical pre-testing, dispensing and much more, tailored to individual needs and preferences.
  • Use your commercial knowledge of your local community to develop great external relationships to help shape your store specific strategy to optimise patient care and profitability.

Reporting to the Regional manager, you will work collaboratively with the regional team and the Support Office to influence and drive change to optimise business performance. Develop your clinical knowledge through our industry-leading ‘Step into Optics’ training programme along with the practical experience you will receive in store.
