Hybrid working (1-2 days a week in the office)
A well-established firm, operating for over 15 years with a stellar reputation for delivering holistic advisory services, is seeking an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to join their team. This opportunity arises as part of their growth strategy and involves managing a client bank transitioning from a retiring adviser over the next three years, while also bringing in new clients.
The firm specialises in serving families, retirees, and some City professionals, with clients holding between £150k and £350k in investable assets. Renowned for their high-quality service, they attract new business purely through referrals and recommendations. The client base is geographically diverse, spanning East Anglia and London, and reflects the company’s commitment to providing exceptional advisory services.
This position is ideal for a Financial Planner with at least three years of solid advising experience, who possesses the gravitas and expertise to work with high-net-worth individuals and deliver outstanding client service. While the Directors do not require you to bring an existing AUM, they are open to advisers with clients who align with their investment proposition. The role offers significant flexibility, allowing you to work from home and manage your schedule effectively.
In addition to the competitive £50k-£70k basic salary, the package includes hybrid working options, a strong benefits offering, and the opportunity to manage both existing clients and generate new business.
If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please reach out to Joanna at FD for more details or to express your interest.
