Team Leaders, or Field Care Supervisors, are responsible for ensuring that people who use homecare services receive the support they both expect and deserve. A team leader oversees care workers in the community and the planning of care packages. Our Team Leaders get to make a difference in the lives of care workers and service users, every day. No two days are the same, which makes it so much more exciting for you! We are looking for someone who is passionate about care and keen to support care assistants to deliver the best possible care. If this could be you, we want to hear from you! The role is based at the local branch however you will be required to travel to service users homes, so driving license and use of vehicle is essential. As a team leader you will: Supervise, mentor and lead the care team in delivering an exceptional standard of care to our service users.
