We are seeking a highly organized and safety-focused Site Manager to join our team in a key leadership role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, with strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of construction site safety and compliance.
While this role involves regular site visits, the core responsibilities are office-based, focusing on coordination, documentation, and driving HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) performance across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate all administrative aspects of site management, including permits, pre-starts, induction processes, and documentation.
- Lead the implementation and enforcement of WHS/OHS standards across sites.
- Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.
- Coordinate and facilitate toolbox talks, SWMS reviews, and safety meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and site reports.
- Liaise with subcontractors, internal teams, and regulatory bodies on all matters related to site compliance and safe work practices.
- Support the construction team with scheduling, procurement coordination, and quality checks.
- Ensure the correct flow of information between the office and site teams.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or HSEQ Coordinator in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of WHS legislation, safety systems, and compliance requirements.
- Strong administrative skills and confidence working with reporting software and documentation tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with teams, subcontractors, and regulators.
- White Card and valid driver's license required.
