Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing internal and field sales team
- Drive new business opportunities and manage key partner relationships
- Deliver commercial strategy and ensure targets are consistently met
- Present confidently to OEM partners and internal senior stakeholders
- Coach and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Spend 1–2 days a week at their HQ, with regular travel to meet clients and support field sales
About You
- Proven senior sales leadership experience in the UK EV home charging sector
- Strong commercial acumen and deal-closing capability
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for innovation and growth
