What will you do?
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll join our new Product Strategy team taking the lead on a data-driven approach for our product roadmap. Gathering, reviewing, and analyzing customer usage data, market trends, and competitor intelligence, you’ll propose future products and assess their impact on the business.
You will develop pragmatic business cases for new offerings or changes to existing products, driving future developments with Private Equity clients in mind.
Using business analysis, financial modeling, and market intelligence, you’ll form evidence-based conclusions and translate them into actionable recommendations. You will validate use cases for new products and services.
You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across departments to advise business leaders and product teams. This influential role involves leading product strategy decisions and shaping the product roadmap of a scaling global business, working closely with the Head of Product Strategy.
Qualifications
What will you bring?
Your experience in product-related business analysis enables you to synthesize data from various sources into meaningful insights. You understand the details of data, client needs, market trends, and competitor behaviors, while also contributing to overarching product strategies. You have influenced product lifecycle decisions through your insights.
Ideally, you have exposure to the investment industry, particularly Private Equity. You have experience with tools like Salesforce, PowerBI, and others for data collection and analysis. You are accustomed to working with multifunctional teams across different locations, including remote workers and third parties, integrating diverse needs into a cohesive strategy.
Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are clear and effective for engaging stakeholders at all levels, influencing decisions, and advising on appropriate actions. Your stakeholder management skills help you unify multidisciplinary teams and various business units’ needs into a cohesive strategy.
