A High-End refurbishment and new build Main contractor that specialises in high-end residential projects in London and the South East is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a Chichester based High-End new build Resi project.

The Site Manager will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments and new builds in London and the South East. The company has a strong pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and development prospects.

The Company

Specialising entirely in High-End residential refurbishments and newbuilds, they have recently won a few new projects, which means organic growth.

The company is a larger Main Contractor with a long-standing reputation for delivering an exceptional standard of work across the South-East of England.

You\’ll be working closely with a Senior Project Manager.

The Site Manager Role

The successful Site Manager will be based on an £8 million new build seafront property.

The basement element is nearly complete, and they are starting on the structure.

The projects you will work on after this are residential refurbishments or new builds around the £1 million – £10 million mark.

The Site Manager – Requirements

• High-end residential experience with £500k+ budgets
• Experience in fine finishes
• Carpentry background
• Excellent organisational and team management skills
• Construction background
