Job Description
Role Overview: As a QRadar Transformation Advisor, you will be a key member of our GTM team, contributing to sales strategy, consultative discovery, and engagement execution following Palo Alto Networks\’ acquisition of IBM’s QRadar assets. Your primary responsibility will be driving QRadar conversion revenue across all segments, leveraging your consultative selling skills to build executive relationships and demonstrate the value of XSIAM in Security Operations Centers.
Your Impact
- Drive the success of the XSIAM solution in QRadar environments through sales strategy, discovery, and engagement.
- Build quick executive relationships, showcase XSIAM\’s value, and craft tailored proposals to position Palo Alto Networks as a cybersecurity leader.
- Collaborate across sales teams within a matrix environment, emphasizing synergies for better results.
- Provide thought leadership, lead cross-functional teams, and drive end-to-end value engagements using your complex solutions sales background.
- Deliver impactful presentations, coach teams, lead negotiations, and guide customers towards improved security practices.
Qualifications
- Preferably 7+ years of successful sales and/or advisory experience, with a record of exceeding quotas, especially in complex cybersecurity solutions.
- Proficiency in sales planning, strategy, deal structuring, qualification, and execution within cybersecurity.
- Deep understanding of the SOC landscape and customer needs.
- Strong solution selling and consultative sales skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport with executives on security topics.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.
