Site Manager in Spennymoor

About the Role:
As a site manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations across multiple occupied properties, coordinating and supervising subcontractors, trades, and direct labour. You will ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will maintain clear and proactive communication with residents and client representatives, implement and monitor health and safety procedures, and ensure full compliance with CDM 2015. You will also monitor progress and productivity, reporting weekly to the project manager via a site reporting tool, and manage all snagging, handovers, and ensure defect-free completions. Maintaining accurate site records including site diaries, site reports, quality assurance documents, permits, training records, progress photos, material deliveries, and variation records is essential. You will also be responsible for resolving site issues effectively, minimising disruption to residents and programmes, and ensuring safeguarding and consideration of vulnerable residents at all times.

- First Aid at Work
- Previous experience dealing with multiple contractors
