Knight Frank is seeking a Learning Systems & Engagement Administrator to oversee and support the firm’s Learning Management System (LMS). This role involves managing the LMS platform, optimizing user experience, providing training, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance learning initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as SME and advisor on LMS functionality and processes.
- Manage day-to-day LMS operations and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Provide user support and system training, creating documentation and resources.
- Enhance the user experience by iterating on LMS design and functionality.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and manage online courses and learning journeys.
- Maintain content libraries and manage data for learning and development reporting.
- Facilitate focus groups and analyze LMS engagement data to improve learning strategies.
- Design and implement learning promotion campaigns to boost engagement and culture of learning.
Key Experience Required:
- Experience managing LMS platforms (Workday, Cornerstone, Fuse, SAP, Oracle, Moodle, etc.).
- Project and stakeholder management skills.
- Data analysis capabilities.
- Knowledge of learning standards, trends, and best practices.
- Marketing and communication experience; familiarity with Workday is a plus.
