Title: Chartered Surveyor Salary: Up to £70,000 + Performance bonus Location: National (Ideally commutable to Leeds, London, Manchester or Birmingham) They are currently looking to hire a Chartered Surveyor (RICS accredited) to drive the market in the North and become an important addition to the company setup. As a company they work closely with Local Government, Health and Care, Education, Leisure and Housing. Part of your role will be – Conducting valuations of commercial and residential properties for secured lending purposes. Prepare detailed valuation reports in accordance with RICS standards. Collaborate with clients, lenders, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
