- Ensuring compliance with mechanical/electrical design specifications and safety legislation
- Monitoring installations and maintaining the highest standards of quality
- Leading and supporting project delivery, client engagement, and business development
- Training, supervising, and developing individuals and teams
- Contributing to company growth through innovation, collaboration, and outstanding project delivery
- Conducting Health & Safety risk assessments and maintaining professional practice standards
