About the Company MPI have a requirement for a Sales Director to work on site at East Midlands Airport. This is a temporary role to start with a view it may become permanent for the right person. Hours: 40 hours a week – (a degree of flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the business) Rate of pay: Reporting to the MD, the Sales Director is to identify new business opportunities within the UK and European markets, develop and maintain existing client relationships contributing towards the growth of the business. Successful Candidate: will need to be able to sell the C Check Hanger Space to clients to undertake servicing of their aircraft. Heads up the day-to-day operations of the Sales & Commercial department, while maintaining focus on the Company’s strategic goals. Co-ordinate sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the Company. Promoting the Clients narrow body aircraft MRO at EMA. Management degree preferred Proven sales history in Aviation Knowledge of MRO structure and commercial contracts Ability to form effective relationships, manage and drive business performance Pay range and compensation package Include a statement on commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
