About the Role:

As a Senior Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, providing a high-quality service to clients while adhering to regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied caseload: Handling all aspects of the conveyancing process, from initial instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages.
• Technical Expertise: Conducting title checks, raising enquiries, preparing reports, and signing off titles for purchase files, including Leasehold, New Build, Shared Ownership, Right to Buy, and Building Safety Act related matters.
• Client Communication: Providing clear and concise advice to clients, keeping them informed throughout the conveyancing process.
• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving complex legal and technical issues.
• Collaboration: Working closely with other members of the conveyancing team, including case managers and support staff.
• Mentorship: Sharing your expertise and mentoring junior team members.
• Proclaim System: Utilizing the Proclaim case management system for efficient file management.

About You:

• Significant Experience: A minimum of 5 years of PQE as a Conveyancer.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing law and practice.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
