The Energy Division at ARM are currently recruiting an experienced Property Surveyor to join a growing business who are a widely recognised installer of funded residential carbon neutral energy sources.
Job Overview: As Property Surveyor, you will be responsible for technical surveys and retrofit assessments, ensuring projects adhere to regulated guidance. Some of your duties will include:
- To review and stay up to date with existing building regulations.
- To conduct meetings and briefings, with both internal and external departments and contractors.
- To work with the surveying team to ensure first-class compliant delivery.
- To provide constructive feedback to the surveying partners and installers on quality improvements required.
- Determine the condition of existing buildings, identify and analyse defects, including proposals for repair works.
What do you need to succeed? Ideally you will be a qualified Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT or FCIAT) registered with CIAT. Other backgrounds that will be of interest include: Qualified Architect with ARB membership.
