A Payroll Manager is currently being recruited for a well-established business who have very exciting growth plans. Working across multiple industries and sectors, this client provides support to a number of different business areas.

The Payroll Manager is a key part of the payroll function and will be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing a large payroll across monthly, fortnightly & weekly basis
  • Ensure all HMRC compliance
  • Work with internal & external auditors
  • Support project team with a system implementation project
  • Manage the payroll team on a daily basis - carrying out one to ones, mapping out training needs and development areas
  • Work with the Head of Payroll with continuous improvement for the function
