You will be part of the outsourcing function of our Financial Accounting Advisory Services team. The outsourcing team serves as an extension of our clients’ finance team, supporting them in meeting their bookkeeping and compliance needs. We ensure that our clients’ reporting is timely and accurate, forming a sound basis for fulfilling their tax and reporting obligations, benefiting society.

The Role:
- Work with leadership to understand business processes
- Lead and inspire the team through change and growth
- Support business growth through initiatives like identifying opportunities, writing proposals, and building networks
- Manage a diverse client portfolio, ensuring quality, timeliness, and profitability
- Perform technical reviews of accounts, VAT returns, and manage risks
- Develop understanding of firm policies and adhere to quality and risk frameworks
- Support and develop the outsourcing team in India and UK
- Provide technical support and guidance
- Manage team finances and stakeholder relationships
- Act as a client escalation point
Minimum Criteria:
- Experience in sales and business development
- Leadership and coaching experience
- Understanding of UK finance standards (UK GAAP, FRS101, FRS102)
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred but not essential:
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, ICAS, CA, CIPFA)
- Experience in sales, business development, and outsourcing
- Experience managing large outsourcing projects
