Position: Head of Marketing – Lead & Innovate

We are seeking a driven marketing leader eager for autonomy, flexible working conditions, and limitless income opportunities. Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients via phone and email
Execute multi-platform digital marketing campaigns (training provided)
Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth
Define and execute business strategies across various timeframes
Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing marketing team
Participate in leadership and professional development training

Ideal Candidate Profile

5+ years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or online sales
Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset
Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaigns
Passionate about leadership, digital marketing, and business growth
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Experience with Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn advertising is a plus but not required
