About the Role

We are recruiting a Senior Brand Manager – Hardys EMEA to join the Global Marketing team in Weybridge. Reporting to the Global Brand Director – Hardys, with dotted line to the Europe Head of Brand, you\’ll oversee the Hardys portfolio across UK & EMEA and globally, focusing on strategy, planning, and execution.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Develop and launch strategic brand plans to drive growth
2. Champion portfolio growth and lead innovation
3. Gather and leverage consumer insights and market data
4. Optimize marketing efforts based on data
5. Provide market intelligence for decision-making
6. Manage agency performance for impactful campaigns
7. Align brand strategy with retail execution
8. Present to stakeholders to secure buy-in
9. Lead product innovation and development
10. Maximize marketing ROI and profitability

What You\’ll Bring

We seek a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record in managing large brands, preferably in FMCG or alcohol sectors. Experience across multiple countries, managing substantial budgets, and stakeholder relationships is essential. The ideal candidate will have:

1. 8+ years in FMCG/alcohol marketing as a Senior Brand Manager
2. Experience managing large brands and complex challenges
3. Experience working across multiple markets
4. Strong budget management skills
5. Expertise in measurement and ROI evaluation
6. Accountability and results-driven approach
7. Ability to work in matrix teams
8. Skill in consumer insights and communication strategies
9. Excellent communication and influencing skills
10. Passion for wine
