I'm currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to oversee the maintenance operations at our client's factory near Bridgwater. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of all machinery and equipment, managing the tooling workshop, and leading the maintenance team.
Our client is a unique design and manufacturer that operates in over 50 countries. We are looking for someone with a strong background in Engineering / Manufacturing in a similar maintenance position.
Essential Requirements / Experience:
- Experience as a maintenance team leader in a manufacturing environment, or experience as a senior maintenance engineer with evidence of aptitude and motivation to step up into a team leadership position.
- Experience using a CMMS and improving its effectiveness.
- Experience of managing maintenance in accordance with BS 14200 or equivalent maintenance management system is desirable.
