Your role in shaping experiences:

• Two Distinct Experiences: St. James Court, A Taj Hotel, offers classic British sophistication with modern comforts, while Taj 51 Buckingham Gate redefines opulence with its exclusive suites and residences.
• Exquisite Dining: Collaborate with culinary visionaries at Michelin-starred Quilon (Indian) or curate remarkable dining experiences at House of Ming (Chinese), TH51 (Multi Cuisine), Kona (European and Afternoon Tea), The Hamptons Bar (Finger Food), and Bombay Brasserie (Indian).
• Timeless Elegance: Be part of our serene Victorian courtyard, where every detail reflects the seamless hospitality Taj is known for. From impeccably designed rooms to grand suites, you’ll contribute to creating meaningful stays for our guests.

Role Description: Concierge role:

• Greeting and assisting guests throughout the hotel.
• Running errands for and arranging special requests for guests.
• Sharing your knowledge of the area and suggesting the right places for guests to visit while staying in London.
• Helping guests with all other enquiries.

Concierge requirements: The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge & experience:

• A member of the Golden keys is desirable.
• An extensive knowledge of the local and wider London area.
• Minimum 4 Star hotel experience as Concierge.
• Clean driving license is desirable.
• Be full of energy and have an outgoing personality.
