Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the movement, tracking, and control of diamond inventory within the head office and across the manufacturing workflow
  • Maintain oversight of thousands of loose stones held in stock and sent to external outworkers (including internationally), ensuring accurate tracking and accountability
  • Monitor and control precious metal components required to support the in-house studio and craftsmen
  • Conduct regular stock takes (every few weeks) and reconcile discrepancies
  • Liaise with production and quality control to ensure materials are available for scheduled work
  • Maintain precise inventory records using Excel and internal stock systems
  • Generate stock usage reports and inventory forecasts to support production planning
  • Coordinate secure internal movement of materials between departments and workshops
  • Assist in optimising inventory systems, with scope to introduce improvements and efficiencies
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, security protocols, and regulatory standards

Required Experience & Attributes:

  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail when handling high-value items
  • Confident working with Excel (including formulas, pivot tables) and stock management systems
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate reports and monitor stock trends
  • Proactive approach, with a mindset to identify and implement process improvements
  • Trusted, discreet, and capable of working in a secure, high-expectation environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
