Our client is a highly respected family law practice in North London seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Legal Secretary/Administrator to join their team. This fantastic opportunity would suit an individual with experience in a legal environment seeking a role in an established firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to partners and associates
- Managing diaries, setting up Zoom/Teams meetings
- Arranging conference calls and room bookings
- Assisting with file opening, client due diligence and engagement letters
- Preparing legal documents and handling client correspondence
- Supporting the team across Family, Wills & Probate tasks
- Supporting partners and associates with monthly billing
- Audio typing
Key Requirements:
- Previous legal secretarial/administrative experience
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
