A well-established Property Investment company based in Hendon - NW4, are seeking a Graduate Administrator to join their professional team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate who is eager to start a career within Real Estate.
This is a fully office-based role, Monday to Friday, from 9.30am to 5.30pm, with an early finish every Friday. Parking is available with a generous holiday package.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing administrative support to a team
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Diary management
- Handling incoming emails, letters, and other correspondence
- Maintaining client records and ensuring documents are tracked and organised
- Assisting with procurement of office supplies and managing inventory
