Whether you are due to qualify soon (having completed at least one seat in Commercial) or have up to two years of post qualification experience, this role offers a unique chance to thrive in a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Our client\’s Commercial team, is one of the strongest in Reading and the wider Thames Valley. You\’ll gain invaluable experience working on a diverse range of commercial, technology, intellectual property, and non-contentious construction matters. The caseload includes contract drafting and negotiation, advising on data protection and intellectual property issues, and supporting corporate and banking transactions.
With expertise across sectors like technology, automotive, and construction, our clients range from international corporations to start-ups and scale-ups. Opportunities also exist for remote or flexible in-house work with the firm\’s clients, offering insight into both private practice and in-house environments.
Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, practical problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to marketing and business development activities. From networking events and webinars to writing articles and building client relationships, your growth and development will be supported at every stage.
