We’re working with a major player in the convenience retail world, and they’re growing fast. As a result, they’re looking for a few great people to join the team as Retail Development Managers. If you’ve got a background in food retail or FMCG and love building relationships, this could be a brilliant next move.

This is a field-based role – you’ll split your time between working from home and being out on the road, visiting independent retailers across your patch. You’ll need a full UK driving licence, as travel is a big part of the job.

This is a business with real purpose behind it – community, fairness and doing the right thing are at the heart of everything they do. You’ll work closely with convenience retailers, helping them get the best out of their stores and their partnership with the brand. It’s about building trust, spotting growth opportunities, solving problems when they come up, and being a real partner to the business owners you support.

  • Help stores hit their targets and identify ways to grow
  • Work closely with head office teams to keep everything running smoothly
  • Solid experience in food retail or FMCG sales (multi-site or field-based would be a bonus)

  • Good with data and happy using Excel and PowerPoint when needed
