Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

Work Schedule: 6-day operation, closed Sundays, 2 double shifts / 3 singles per week (approx. 45–48 hours)

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join one of London’s most respected fine dining restaurants. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily service operations and ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Support and lead a small but high-performing FOH team
  • Liaise closely with senior management, kitchen leadership, and beverage teams
