The Future Tech team focus on the London Market and their goal is to replicate our Yorkshire model and success within London. This team offers a wealth of opportunity to work with high-profile clients, expand your network and become a specialist in a vertical market.
You will continue to develop your network of candidates within your specialist vertical market and continually keep up to date with current trends. There is excellent opportunity to develop your mentoring and leadership skills as you will begin to support junior colleagues with their day to day recruitment and deliver training sessions. You will work alongside internal Account Managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process from beginning to end for roles that you are delivering on.
- Development of accounts into key accounts
- Headhunting and networking on sites such as LinkedIn / GitHub / Stack Overflow
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Telephone interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles
- Building relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pipeline
- Use social media to create a personal brand
- Building relationships with existing and future clients
- Ensure all data is accurately recorded on CRM
- Outstanding communicational skills with the ability to adapt language to different audiences
- Experience using the telephone in a professional environment is desirable
