You will inherit a HOT desk, as well as having massive scope to grow your business, with excellent earning potential.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for helping clients find the best talent to join their teams. Utilising your exceptional sales, hiring, customer service, and account management skills, you will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships.
You will be:
- Conducting candidate searches, screening, and interviewing potential candidates
- Managing end-to-end hiring processes, from job posting to offer negotiation
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service
- Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, such as social media, job boards, and referrals
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Collaborating with your team to meet and exceed targets and KPIs
