T his role you will be responsible engaging when a formal contract is required and review all aspects of agreement, ensuring compliance is met. You will be liaise on contract escalations between legal and the vendor and facilitate the solicitation of signatures post negotiation, as well as support with sourcing unique venues and aid the Program Manager in pro-active vendor on boarding. Do you have prior contracting experience, excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate with various stakeholders? Sound like you? Read on! As a Hotel Contract Specialist , you will: Engage, persuade, and ensure timely supplier partner call-to-action in all requirements Assess contracts for compliance and adherence to policy whilst maintaining confidentiality Persuade vendors toward engagement with legal review and find middle ground on disputes Articulate requirements to include but not limited to: insurance requirements, T&C addendum, on-boarding processes, risk assessments, technology platform inquiries Work effectively and efficiently across vendor categories and an international community interacting with different cultures/languages Research and bring forward new fresh vendor options to aid in client vendor program Maintain knowledge of industry trends and stays relevant on vendor options in key client market Relationship build for key vendors and maintain good contacts in select markets Youre good at: Proven experience of managing contracts from review, through negotiation, necessary approvals to execution on behalf of a client of yours Exercising discretion and judgment; persuade, network, and apply diplomacy Outstanding attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlinesand tenacity & motivation to achieve the best outcome Building and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships; always communicating clearly, concisely & honestly Working independently and taking initiative Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook You might also have: Prior Meeting & Events industry experience Excel expertise Our Benefits for this role: Life Assurance x2 your annual salary 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Birthday day off Holiday Purchase Scheme – allowing up to 5 additional holidays days Travel Insurance business and personal for yourself and direct family members Discounted rates on Hotels & Travel Gym & Fitness Discounts Private Healthcare Pension Scheme Company Sick pay Lifestyle Benefits You should know: This is a hybrid role that requires a minimum of 2 days a week in the Battersea, London Apple office Our standard working hours are 9:00am-5:30pm with an hour lunch break How to apply: Click apply now to be considered AMRT1_UKCT
