Role and Responsibilities:
- We’re seeking an exceptional Account Executive to join our clients growing team, responsible for driving in-store sales and enhancing brand awareness through sales, training and events.
- You’ll own sales performance, customer service, and contribute to the growth of our customer database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service to all customers.
- Achieve KPI targets consistently.
- Build strong in-store relationships with management and peers.
- Understand sales data and take ownership of performance.
- Arrange in store events.
- Deliver training sessions to staff.
Product Knowledge:
- Master our clients products and their benefits through training.
- Continuously expand skincare knowledge and product expertise.
- Offer tailored product recommendations based on customer needs.
Store Environment:
- Maintain high retail standards in product presentation and stockroom organization.
- Assist with floor moves and promotions while ensuring store compliance with brand standards.
- Report product availability, tester status, and store adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.
Ideal Candidate:

- Professional Beauty Therapy qualifications required 2 or 3.
