• Leading assurance reviews across systems like payment screening, transaction monitoring, customer risk assessments, and fraud detection.
• Designing and executing risk-based assurance programmes with a focus on system effectiveness and control adequacy.
• Collaborating with Risk, Audit, and Tech teams to drive enhancements and close control gaps.
• Using your expert knowledge of data lineage, model calibration, change governance, and system performance to test, assess and elevate assurance outcomes.
• Communicating findings clearly to senior leadership and shaping future risk-based assurance plans.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years in Financial Services in roles involving fraud, AML, or FC system analytics.
• Experience delivering assurance or audit reviews with high attention to data, controls, and quality.
• Strong understanding of regulatory obligations tied to financial crime and systems testing.
• SQL proficiency and familiarity with tools like SAS (a plus).
• Proven ability to communicate technical issues in a non-technical, business-focused way.
